FYI, the original version of the alert definition "subsystem view" (now
called the reporting view) was an aggregate list of resource alert
definitions, group alert definitions, and alert templates. Columns
existed to allow you to follow a resource-level alert definition back up
to its parent (which could have been a group alert definition or an
alert template), and the resource name and parent/location columns were
disambiguated.

yeah, heiko, that was me just putting in somethign there. I came

this last week and that screen actually just showed a blank screen. So I
quickly just added the Admin>Templates view just so it would show
SOMETHING. We obviously need to implement this differently.
I'm actually not sure what this should show. Does it just show the alert
templates that are created? Or does it show templates, group definitions
and individual resource templates all at the same time? Each in their
own list grids?
Because it doesn't seem like we designed anything for this page, I just
stuck the Admin>Templates view in there temporarily.
