Looking at it further I first see that my example was incomplete and does not serve any
real purpose.
Nevertheless In the rest-api CustomExceptionMapper, an Transaction rolled back exception
is received,
that wraps the real exception.
When I mark ResourceGroupNotFoundException wiht @javax.ejb.ApplicationException I get the
correct behavior
in the exception mapper and directly get the RGNF Exception and not the
TxRolledBack-Wrapper.
Not sure if the old as4-based container made a distinction here, but
I think we may want to investigate the use of @ApplicationException further
