One other thing to think about, is what field to use as a unique
identifier. In my API i first used the various GUIDs, e.g. the "VmId" in
case of a VM. But then i noticed that RHEV also enforces uniqueness on
the "name" attribute. So i decided it would be more user friendly to use
the name instead of a 20+ digit string.
