[IH] I'm not sure the flags should be exposed via the api. they are only
used by the backend.
Level is interesting to keep as sort order / higher cpu levels
I think flags should be exposed. You can define your own cpu in RHEV
(maybe not with the api at the moment, but that could change in the
future). So it makes sense to be able to see the list of cpu's with full
detail as well imho.
