To allow this, call the below once
qb_log_ctl(QB_LOG_SYSLOG, QB_LOG_CONF_PRIORITY_BUMP,
LOG_INFO - LOG_DEBUG);
so before logging it gets priority + bump (which is negative) and so converts a
debug into an info.
Why can I set absolute values? Using something like LOG_INFO - LOG_DEBUG is not
very nice, and I need to make sure that it is only called once. Or is there a way to read
the current level?
