Where can I find the RPM? I only found a tar.gz and had to run ./configure, make
&& make install. Then I used the .spec file to build an rpm using rpmbuild, but it
didn't work, so I never actually "installed" anything. My path is relative
to my apache doc root and not /etc/ because I extracted the tar.gz there. I'm assuming
that the RPM will install everything into /etc/ correct?
Anyway, please let me know where I can download the RPM for CentOS 6.3 x86_64. Thanks.

Not yet as there was no time to do so but the simple RPM installation should work fine.

Does such a document exist?

Hi Adam,
it seems to be path related.

You should put absolute path there if the location is
config/mysql-connection.php, by default the php-virt-control looks to
/etc/php-virt-control for the file specified, i.e. it's trying to look
for /etc/php-virt-control/mysql-connection.php in this case IMHO.
Hope this helps and if not, I'll try to reproduce the behavior to
provide better help.
Thanks for using php-virt-control!
