Update Information:
The new python-wikitcms in this update enables support for creating validation
events for IoT composes; the relval update aligns with the new wikitcms and also
supports IoT event creation and result reporting. python-wikitcms has also had
some modernization to its layout, its test coverage is substantially enhanced
and there are some minor bug fixes.
