Description :
The purpose of the PPIx-Regexp package is to parse regular expressions in a
manner similar to the way the PPI package parses Perl. This class forms the
root of the parse tree, playing a role similar to PPI::Document.

Update Information:
This release fixes handling multi-character modifiers and \g and \k back-references. A new
method PPIx::Regexp::Element->error() method to return error message when the element
is in error and PPIx::Regexp::Element->modifier_asserted() method to check if a
modifier is in effect dor the element have been added.
Fixes in the documentation.
