Fedora 27 Update: sparse-0.5.2-1.fc27

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fedora Update Notification
FEDORA-2018-7b06213896
2018-04-30 04:37:08.562023
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : sparse
Product : Fedora 27
Version : 0.5.2
Release : 1.fc27
URL : https://sparse.wiki.kernel.org
Summary : A semantic parser of source files
Description :
Sparse is a semantic parser of source files: it's neither a compiler
(although it could be used as a front-end for one) nor is it a
preprocessor (although it contains as a part of it a preprocessing
phase).
It is meant to be a small - and simple - library. Scanty and meager,
and partly because of that easy to use. It has one mission in life:
create a semantic parse tree for some arbitrary user for further
analysis. It's not a tokenizer, nor is it some generic context-free
parser. In fact, context (semantics) is what it's all about - figuring
out not just what the grouping of tokens are, but what the _types_ are
that the grouping implies.
Sparse is primarily used in the development and debugging of the Linux kernel.

Fedora 27 Update: python-pycryptodomex-3.6.0-2.fc27
by updates@fedoraproject.org
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fedora Update Notification
FEDORA-2018-cec76b92df
2018-04-30 04:37:08.562002
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : python-pycryptodomex
Product : Fedora 27
Version : 3.6.0
Release : 2.fc27
URL : http://www.pycryptodome.org/
Summary : A self-contained cryptographic library for Python
Description :
PyCryptodome is a self-contained Python package of low-level
cryptographic primitives. It's a fork of PyCrypto. It brings several
enhancements with respect to the last official version of PyCrypto
(2.6.1), for instance:
* Authenticated encryption modes (GCM, CCM, EAX, SIV, OCB)
* Accelerated AES on Intel platforms via AES-NI
* Elliptic curves cryptography (NIST P-256 curve only)
* Better and more compact API (nonce and iv attributes for ciphers,
automatic generation of random nonces and IVs, simplified CTR
cipher mode, and more)
* SHA-3 (including SHAKE XOFs) and BLAKE2 hash algorithms
* Salsa20 and ChaCha20 stream ciphers
* scrypt and HKDF
* Deterministic (EC)DSA
* Password-protected PKCS#8 key containers
* Shamirs Secret Sharing scheme
* Random numbers get sourced directly from the OS (and not from a
CSPRNG in userspace)
* Cleaner RSA and DSA key generation (largely based on FIPS 186-4)
* Major clean ups and simplification of the code base
PyCryptodome is not a wrapper to a separate C library like OpenSSL. To
the largest possible extent, algorithms are implemented in pure
Python. Only the pieces that are extremely critical to performance
(e.g. block ciphers) are implemented as C extensions.
Note: all modules are installed under the Cryptodome package to avoid
conflicts with the PyCrypto library.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
3.6.0 (8 April 2018) ======== New features ------------ * Introduced
``export_key`` and deprecated ``exportKey`` for DSA and RSA key objects. *
Ciphers and hash functions accept ``memoryview`` objects in input. * Added
support for SHA-512/224 and SHA-512/256. Resolved issues --------------- *
Reintroduced `Crypto.__version__` variable as in PyCrypto. * Fixed compilation
problem with MinGW. ---- 3.6.0 (8 April 2018) ======== New features
