Fedora 23 Update: lyx-2.1.4-4.fc23

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fedora Update Notification
FEDORA-2015-15794
2015-10-01 16:00:19.964748
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : lyx
Product : Fedora 23
Version : 2.1.4
Release : 4.fc23
URL : http://www.lyx.org/
Summary : WYSIWYM (What You See Is What You Mean) document processor
Description :
LyX is a modern approach to writing documents which breaks with the
obsolete "typewriter paradigm" of most other document preparation
systems.
It is designed for people who want professional quality output
with a minimum of time and effort, without becoming specialists in
typesetting.
The major innovation in LyX is WYSIWYM (What You See Is What You Mean).
That is, the author focuses on content, not on the details of formatting.
This allows for greater productivity, and leaves the final typesetting
to the backends (like LaTeX) that are specifically designed for the task.
With LyX, the author can concentrate on the contents of his writing,
and let the computer take care of the rest.

Update Information:
lyx-2.1.4-4.fc23 - Fixes a crash when copying or pasting (only triggered on gcc

Fedora 23 Update: armadillo-5.600.2-1.fc23
by updates@fedoraproject.org
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fedora Update Notification
FEDORA-2015-15807
2015-10-01 16:00:19.964707
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : armadillo
Product : Fedora 23
Version : 5.600.2
Release : 1.fc23
URL : http://arma.sourceforge.net/
Summary : Fast C++ matrix library with interfaces to LAPACK and ATLAS
Description :
Armadillo is a C++ linear algebra library (matrix maths)
aiming towards a good balance between speed and ease of use.
Integer, floating point and complex numbers are supported,
as well as a subset of trigonometric and statistics functions.
Various matrix decompositions are provided through optional
integration with LAPACK and ATLAS libraries.
A delayed evaluation approach is employed (during compile time)
to combine several operations into one and reduce (or eliminate)
the need for temporaries. This is accomplished through recursive
templates and template meta-programming.
This library is useful if C++ has been decided as the language
of choice (due to speed and/or integration capabilities), rather
than another language like Matlab or Octave.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
Update to latest stable release armadillo-5.600.2: * expanded .each_col() and
.each_row() to handle out-of-place operations * added .each_slice() for
repeated matrix operations on each slice of a cube * faster handling of
compound expressions by join_rows() and join_cols() * expanded object
constructors and generators to handle size() based specification of dimensions
(changes in 5.500) * faster handling of submatrix rows (changes in 5.500) *
faster clamp() (changes in 5.500) * fixes for handling sparse matrices
(changes in 5.500) * added find_unique() for finding indices of unique values
(changes in 5.400) * added diff() for calculating differences between
consecutive elements (changes in 5.400) * added cumprod() for calculating
cumulative product (changes in 5.400) * added null() for finding the
orthonormal basis of null space (changes in 5.400) * expanded interp1() to
handle repeated locations (changes in 5.400) * expanded unique() to handle
complex numbers (changes in 5.400) * faster flipud() (changes in 5.400) *
faster row-wise cumsum() (changes in 5.400) * fix for k-means clustering in
gmm_diag class (changes in 5.400)
