The previous ibus could not get the latest list of input method engines when users uncheck 'Custom active input methods' check box in 'ibus-setup' command.
This fix can update the list immediately and also launch the info dialog.
Also this release changes the definition of Control+Space.
The previous release use 'Control+Space' as IME on/off.
This fix use 'Control+Space' as switching the previous and current engines.
