Name : wordpress-plugin-bad-behavior
Product : Fedora 13
Version : 2.0.36
Release : 1.fc13
URL : http://www.bad-behavior.ioerror.us/
Summary : Bad Behavior plugin for WordPress
Description :
Bad Behavior is a PHP-based solution for blocking link spam and the robots
which deliver it.
Bad Behavior complements other link spam solutions by acting as a gatekeeper,
preventing spammers from ever delivering their junk, and in many cases, from
ever reading your site in the first place. This keeps your site's load down,
makes your site logs cleaner, and can help prevent denial of service conditions
caused by spammers.
Bad Behavior also transcends other link spam solutions by working in a
completely different, unique way. Instead of merely looking at the content of
potential spam, Bad Behavior analyzes the delivery method as well as the
software the spammer is using. In this way, Bad Behavior can stop spam attacks
even when nobody has ever seen the particular spam before.
Bad Behavior is designed to work alongside existing spam prevention services to
increase their effectiveness and efficiency. Whenever possible, you should run
it in combination with a more traditional spam prevention service.
This package is built for use with WordPress (wordpress), not WordPress MU. Use
wordpress-mu-plugin-bad-behavior for WordPress MU.

Name : edb
Product : Fedora 12
Version : 0.9.15
Release : 1.fc12
URL : http://www.codef00.com/projects.php#Debugger
Summary : A debugger based on the ptrace API and Qt4
Description :
edb a debugger based on the ptrace API.
One of the main goals of this debugger is modularity.
The interface is written in Qt4 and thus source portable to many platforms.
The debugger core is a plugin and the platform specific code is isolated
to just a few files, porting to a new OS would require porting these few
files and implementing a plugin which implements the
DebuggerCoreInterface interface. Also, because the plugins are based
on the QPlugin API, and do their work through the DebuggerCoreInterface
object, they are almost always portable with just a simple recompile.

Fedora Update Notification
FEDORA-2010-9107
2010-05-26 20:46:53
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : python-sphinx
Product : Fedora 13
Version : 0.6.6
Release : 1.fc13
URL : http://sphinx.pocoo.org/
Summary : Python documentation generator
Description :
Sphinx is a tool that makes it easy to create intelligent and
beautiful documentation for Python projects (or other documents
consisting of multiple reStructuredText sources), written by Georg
Brandl. It was originally created to translate the new Python
documentation, but has now been cleaned up in the hope that it will be
useful to many other projects.
Sphinx uses reStructuredText as its markup language, and many of its
strengths come from the power and straightforwardness of
reStructuredText and its parsing and translating suite, the Docutils.
Although it is still under constant development, the following
features are already present, work fine and can be seen "in action" in
the Python docs:
* Output formats: HTML (including Windows HTML Help) and LaTeX,
for printable PDF versions
* Extensive cross-references: semantic markup and automatic links
for functions, classes, glossary terms and similar pieces of
information
* Hierarchical structure: easy definition of a document tree, with
automatic links to siblings, parents and children
* Automatic indices: general index as well as a module index

Fedora 12 Update: php-pear-Log-1.12.0-1.fc12
by updates@fedoraproject.org
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fedora Update Notification
FEDORA-2010-8832
2010-05-20 17:25:16
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : php-pear-Log
Product : Fedora 12
Version : 1.12.0
Release : 1.fc12
URL : http://pear.php.net/package/Log
Summary : Abstracted logging facility for PHP
Description :
The Log framework provides an abstracted logging system.
It supports logging to console, file, syslog, SQL, Sqlite, mail, and mcal
targets. It also provides a subject - observer mechanism.
php-pear-Log can optionally use package "php-pear-DB" (version >= 1.3)
and "php-pear-MDB2" (version >= 2.0.0RC1).
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
Upstream Changelog: This release drops PHP4 compatibility (enforced by the
package dependencies). There is unfortunately no way to support both PHP4 and
PHP5 in the same code base when running under E_ALL. Because it appears that the
majority of Log package users have moved to PHP5, the Log package now targets
that audience. Given the fact that the Log package is now largely in
maintenance mode, existing PHP4 users shouldn't feel abandoned. If necessary,
important fixes, etc. can be merged back into the 1.11.* release line, which
will retain PHP4 compatibility. Also: - Added a PEAR_LOG_TYPE_SAPI constant
for use by with error_log handler.

Fedora 12 Update: php-pecl-solr-0.9.10-2.fc12

Fedora Update Notification
FEDORA-2010-8621

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : php-pecl-solr
Product : Fedora 12
Version : 0.9.10
Release : 2.fc12
URL : http://pecl.php.net/package/solr
Summary : Object oriented API to Apache Solr
Description :
Feature-rich library that allows PHP developers to communicate easily and
efficiently with Apache Solr server instances using an object-oriented API.
It effectively simplifies the process of interacting with Apache Solr using
PHP5 and it already comes with built-in readiness for the latest features
available in Solr 1.4. The extension has features such as built-in,
serializable query string builder objects which effectively simplifies the
manipulation of name-value pair request parameters across repeated requests.
The response from the Solr server is also automatically parsed into native php
objects whose properties can be accessed as array keys or object properties
without any additional configuration on the client-side. Its advanced HTTP
client reuses the same connection across multiple requests and provides
built-in support for connecting to Solr servers secured behind HTTP
Authentication or HTTP proxy servers. It is also able to connect to
SSL-enabled containers.
