To eliminate a build problem on Fedora 18 (new glibc no longer has gets(), and the version
of gnulib netcf was using still used it), I just made another release of netcf - 0.2.1
It's available in the usual place:
Tarball:https://fedorahosted.org/released/netcf/netcf-0.2.1.tar.gz
GPG signature[1]:
https://fedorahosted.org/released/netcf/netcf-0.2.1.tar.gz.sig
Thanks to Eric Blake for helping out with the problems I encountered trying to update
gnulib, and to Serge Hallyn, for creating a long-missing manpage for ncftool.

[1] To verify the signature, first download both the .sig file and the
corresponding tarball. Then, run a command like this:
gpg --verify netcf-0.2.1.tar.gz.sig
If that command fails because you don't have the required public key,
then run this command to import it:
gpg --keyserver
keys.gnupg.net --recv-keys 62D11E4C
and rerun the `gpg --verify' command.
