Would it be valuable to create a `mono` package group in Koschei? I have a feeling that a few package builds started failing when Mono 5 landed (e.g., https://apps.fedoraproject.org/koschei/package/nuget, https://apps.fedoraproject.org/koschei/package/keepass), but it would be nice to be able to see that at a glance.

Yes. It would.
Over the past some years, I have found it challenging (not impossible) to work with Mono + NuGet + all the incarnations of the .NET library in Linux or in Windows (both) (dependency hell sorts of challenges and backward compatibility issues) Whatever we can do to expose issues quickly, will help all of this get better.

Well that's simple now as long as libraries correctly target .NET Standard instead of Framework or other things :)

I went ahead and created https://apps.fedoraproject.org/koschei/groups/mavit/mono, from the list of packages output by `dnf repoquery --enablerepo=fedora-source --whatrequires mono-core --qf '%{source_name}'`.
Nearly half of tracked packages are currently failing to build in Fedora 30 and above, by the way.

I have used that page extensively through the past months, but never got around to thank you for creating that! Thank you!
