Easiest is if you use an existing rpm spec as a template, i.e.
mingw-gtk3 [1] could serve as a good template. I believe most is self
explanatory, but I'm happy to answer any questions.

Unfortunately I don't know how to package for Fedora (or any
other

How different is this from what Fedora needs? Or can this just be
