I think the townhalls work much better as community question sessions.
It gives people the opportunity to ask follow up questions, request
clarifications and the sort.
A standard questionnaire for candidates makes sense to me.
BTW, are we speaking of text interviews or video interviews here?
Text interviews but I'd say if anyone will be interested in audio/
video interview, I don't have any issue with that. But let's not
overcommit.
