* Updated lsm_ops_v1_2 structure by adding two methods:
* lsm_plug_volume_raid_create_cap_get()
* lsm_plug_volume_raid_create()
* These two methods simply return no support.
* Tested C plugin interface by returning fake data, but changed back to
no support. We will implement the real method in the future.
Changes in V3:
* Rebased to the pool_raid_info->pool_member_info changes.
Changes in V4:
* Method renamed to volume_raid_create().
