on first sight this looks more like some kernel change to F36 broke
makedumpfile. Have you tried it with a different core collector other
than makedumpfile?
Thanks to Tao's reminding, it is actually my mistake. While fixing the
network test failures, I missed the "Add lvm2 thin provision dump target
checker" patch when doing the rebasing.
