Once an error happens in the system, there are no guarantees what will
work and what will not.
So why will dump_to_rootfs will not work? Because we have stopped rest
of the services?
Yes, we stop all the rest of the services. But in order to make /sysroot
is available. I manually "systemctl start dracut-initqueue" and
"systemctl start sysroot.mount" before dump to rootfs.
And dracut-initqueue.service is used to bring up the devices.
