as a general rule, I’ve found the `modprobe fuse` before using `rpm-ostree` removes the
issue.
installinag packages via rpm-ostree is quite slow at the moment.

I hope that's not too much for a the little pi to install.
I might have to have that go straight to containers for the pi's.
