Hi all,
Are there any plans to port this plugin to C++?[0] I haven't been able
to roll out the Gentoo ebuild for gcc-python-plugin-0.10 because my
GCC 4.7.[12] is built with C++ so there are plenty symbol mismatches.

What happens if you try building the plugin with C++?
I attempted to do this, with "make CC=c++". I ran into numerous errors,
so I tried removing:
-Wall -Werror
and adding:
-Wno-write-strings -fpermissive
and made various changes.
With the attached patch it builds, but the selftests then fail (because
my gcc was built with C...). Does the attached help?
(fwiw I have been working on the proposed-plugin-api branch, but that
isn't ready yet)
