This list specific for forwarding Zanata admin related messages i.e.
joining team, creating new team etc.

Zanata team has zanata-users(a)redhat.com. But since Zanata has been used
in multiple projects like OpenStack, Fedora and other its good to have
project specific discussion list for Zanata. During G11N FAD Zanata
sound comfortable with either using G11N or Trans list on Fedora.

I think we should merge trans-zanata-admin in trans. We can see some
users wo made many requests to join because lack of readers/knowledge.
This mailing list don't exist on the wiki...
If too many messages, we can have trans-bugs, like the existing
mechanism for i18n, and regroups zanata requests and tickets from
bugzilla (and write it on the wiki).
