If you've already been thinking, "Hey, I should come to Krakow early and check it out," fair warning:
July 25–31, 2016 is Catholic World Youth Day with the pope. That doesn't sound so crazy if you've never heard of it. But the last few years have attracted more than 1 million visitors each year. And this one is in honor of Pope John Paul II, who called Krakow home. I suspect it will be huge.
If you still want to be in town those days, you should probably book a room yesterday.

The booking information isn't up on flocktofedora.org; might be good to put a rush on that, for this reason.

Agreed -- Jen (or anyone), do you have a URL we can provide that goes directly to a booking page with the special code filled in? Or just the code should be enough; I'm certain we can figure out how to make it easy for page visitors.

Ruth is the master of the understatement :).
I have seen videos of past events and the official numbers of a million are lowball estimates with 1.5-2x as better estimates. This year is going to be extremely large due to the fact that Pope John Paul II is up for sainthood and may be declared one at this event. I expect that if you want to be in town those days.. you should have booked last decade :).
