It sounds reasonable, but perhaps not feasible. Particularly finding a keynote speaker that matches to the tone and content of the conference.
Spot would be in the best position to describe the difficulties of finding keynote speakers, particularly in Europe. I watched it from a 50ft view and it was not easy at all. Whoever takes on that task needs to be aware they should start on it ASAP.
