Fastest and safest AV1 encoder.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
This update fixes builds of rav1e by adapting some code to compile with Rust
1.67+. Additionally, there were changes to ensure that all built binaries are
compiled with the default Rust compiler flags. This should slightly improve code
quality / performance, and / or decrease binary size.
