FEDORA-EPEL-2020-a27a737bb6

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : python-osrf-pycommon
Product : Fedora EPEL 8
Version : 0.1.10
Release : 1.el8
URL : http://osrf-pycommon.readthedocs.org/
Summary : Commonly needed Python modules used by software developed at OSRF
Description :
osrf_pycommon is a python package which contains commonly used Python
boilerplate code and patterns. Things like ANSI terminal coloring, capturing
colored output from programs using sub-process, or even a simple logging system
which provides some nice functionality over the built-in Python logging system.
The functionality provided here should be generic enough to be reused in
arbitrary scenarios and should avoid bringing in dependencies which are not
part of the standard Python library. Where possible Windows and Linux/OS X
should be supported, and where it cannot it should be gracefully degrading.

Name : python-vcstool
Product : Fedora EPEL 8
Version : 0.2.8
Release : 1.el8
URL : https://github.com/dirk-thomas/vcstool
Summary : Tool to invoke vcs commands on multiple repositories
Description :
Vcstool is a version control system (VCS) tool, designed to make working with
multiple repositories easier.
Note: This tool should not be confused with vcstools (with a trailing s) which
provides a Python API for interacting with different version control systems.
The biggest differences between the two are:
- vcstool doesn't use any state beside the repository working copies available
in the filesystem.
- The file format of vcstool export uses the relative paths of the repositories
as keys in YAML which avoids collisions by design.
- vcstool has significantly less lines of code than vcstools including the
command line tools built on top.

Name : python-rosdistro
Product : Fedora EPEL 8
Version : 0.8.1
Release : 1.el8
URL : http://www.ros.org/wiki/rosdistro
Summary : File format for managing ROS Distributions
Description :
The rosdistro tool allows you to get access to the full dependency tree and
the version control system information of all packages and repositories. To
increase performance, the rosdistro tool will automatically look for a cache
file on your local disk. If no cache file is found locally, it will try to
download the latest cache file from the server. The cache files are only used
to improve performance, and are not needed to get correct results. rosdistro
will automatically go to Github to find any dependencies that are not part
of the cache file. Note that operation without a cache file can be very slow,
depending on your own internet connection and the response times of Github.
The rosdistro tool will always write the latest dependency information to a
local cache file, to speed up performance for the next query.

Summary : Low-level components of distutils2/packaging, augmented with higher-level APIs
Description :
Distlib contains the implementations of the packaging PEPs and other low-level
features which relate to packaging, distribution and deployment of Python
software. If Distlib can be made genuinely useful, then it is possible for
third-party packaging tools to transition to using it. Their developers and
users then benefit from standardised implementation of low-level functions,
time saved by not having to reinvent wheels, and improved interoperability
between tools.
