Fedora EPEL 7 Update: cjdns-20.2-4.el7
by updates@fedoraproject.org
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fedora EPEL Update Notification
FEDORA-EPEL-2018-095a53435e
2018-08-09 16:33:43.581763
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : cjdns
Product : Fedora EPEL 7
Version : 20.2
Release : 4.el7
URL : http://hyperboria.net/
Summary : The privacy-friendly network without borders
Description :
Cjdns implements an encrypted IPv6 network using public-key cryptography for
address allocation and a distributed hash table for routing. This provides
near-zero-configuration networking, and prevents many of the security and
scalability issues that plague existing networks.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
I've disabled -march=native and Intel AVX optimizations so that the package
should run on any x86_64 cpu. I left SSE2 optimizations for i686, but the
Fedora builder didn't support SSE2, so they are not present in the package
binaries. The rpmbuild option without-generic will enable all CPU optimizations
present on the build platform. If cjdns is already working for you, this update
will only make it slightly slower. :-) This update should make the package work
on all supported systems.

PBR is a library that injects some useful and sensible default behaviors into
your setuptools run. It started off life as the chunks of code that were copied
between all of the OpenStack projects. Around the time that OpenStack hit 18
different projects each with at least 3 active branches, it seems like a good
time to make that code into a proper re-usable library.
