Name : xl2tpd
Product : Fedora EPEL 7
Version : 1.3.8
Release : 3.el7
URL : https://github.com/xelerance/xl2tpd/
Summary : Layer 2 Tunnelling Protocol Daemon (RFC 2661)
Description :
xl2tpd is an implementation of the Layer 2 Tunnelling Protocol (RFC 2661).
L2TP allows you to tunnel PPP over UDP. Some ISPs use L2TP to tunnel user
sessions from dial-in servers (modem banks, ADSL DSLAMs) to back-end PPP
servers. Another important application is Virtual Private Networks where
the IPsec protocol is used to secure the L2TP connection (L2TP/IPsec,
RFC 3193). The L2TP/IPsec protocol is mainly used by Windows and
Mac OS X clients. On Linux, xl2tpd can be used in combination with IPsec
implementations such as Libreswan.
Example configuration files for such a setup are included in this RPM.
xl2tpd works by opening a pseudo-tty for communicating with pppd.
It runs completely in userspace.
xl2tpd supports IPsec SA Reference tracking to enable overlapping internak
NAT'ed IP's by different clients (eg all clients connecting from their
linksys internal IP 192.168.1.101) as well as multiple clients behind
the same NAT router.
xl2tpd supports the pppol2tp kernel mode operations on 2.6.23 or higher,
or via a patch in contrib for 2.4.x kernels.
Xl2tpd is based on the 0.69 L2TP by Jeff McAdams <jeffm(a)iglou.com>
It was de-facto maintained by Jacco de Leeuw <jacco2(a)dds.nl> in 2002 and 2003.

R is a language and environment for statistical computing and graphics.
R is similar to the award-winning S system, which was developed at
Bell Laboratories by John Chambers et al. It provides a wide
variety of statistical and graphical techniques (linear and
nonlinear modelling, statistical tests, time series analysis,
classification, clustering, ...).
R is designed as a true computer language with control-flow
constructions for iteration and alternation, and it allows users to
add additional functionality by defining new functions. For
computationally intensive tasks, C, C++ and Fortran code can be linked
and called at run time.

Fedora EPEL Update Notification
FEDORA-EPEL-2018-2bc3059d1b

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : nss-mdns
Product : Fedora EPEL 7
Version : 0.14.1
Release : 1.el7
URL : https://github.com/lathiat/nss-mdns
Summary : glibc plugin for .local name resolution
Description :
nss-mdns is a plugin for the GNU Name Service Switch (NSS) functionality of
the GNU C Library (glibc) providing host name resolution via Multicast DNS
(aka Zeroconf, aka Apple Rendezvous, aka Apple Bonjour), effectively allowing
name resolution by common Unix/Linux programs in the ad-hoc mDNS domain .local.
nss-mdns provides client functionality only, which means that you have to
run a mDNS responder daemon separately from nss-mdns if you want to register
the local host name via mDNS (e.g. Avahi).
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
nss-mdns is back after 10 years! * Moved to new GitHub location, docs migrated
to markdown * The long-deprecated LEGACY mode is removed * The long-deprecated
HONOUR_SEARCH_DOMAINS option is removed * Unit tests are now included, with make
check * nss-mdns now implements standard heuristics for detecting .local unicast
resolution and will automatically disable resolution when a local server
responds to .local requests (**no need to manually disable anything anymore when
the local network resolves with .local**) * _nss_mdns_gethostbyname3_r and
_nss_mdns_gethostbyname4_r are now implemented * Full dual-stack IPv4/IPv6
support is implemented See https://github.com/lathiat/nss-
mdns/blob/master/NEWS.md
