Summary : CLAT / SIIT-DC Edge Relay implementation for Linux
Description :
clatd implements the CLAT component of the 464XLAT network architecture
specified in RFC 6877. It allows an IPv6-only host to have IPv4
connectivity that is translated to IPv6 before being routed to an upstream
PLAT (which is typically a Stateful NAT64 operated by the ISP) and there
translated back to IPv4 before being routed to the IPv4 internet.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : R-littler
Product : Fedora EPEL 7
Version : 0.3.1
Release : 1.el7
URL : http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/littler/
Summary : littler: R at the Command-Line via 'r'
Description :
A scripting and command-line front-end is provided by 'r' (aka 'littler')
as a lightweight binary wrapper around the GNU R language and environment
for statistical computing and graphics. While R can be used in batch
mode, the r binary adds full support for both 'shebang'-style scripting
(i.e. using a hash-mark-exclamation-path expression as the first line in
scripts) as well as command-line use in standard Unix pipelines. In other
words, r provides the R language without the environment.

[SECURITY] Fedora EPEL 7 Update: elog-3.1.1-7.el7

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fedora EPEL Update Notification
FEDORA-EPEL-2016-c1dbac22db
2016-09-15 18:31:30.205861
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : elog
Product : Fedora EPEL 7
Version : 3.1.1
Release : 7.el7
URL : https://midas.psi.ch/elog/
Summary : Logbook system to manage notes through a Web interface
Description :
ELOG is part of a family of applications known as weblogs. Their general
purpose is:
1. To make it easy for people to put information online in a chronological
fashion, in the form of short, time-stamped text messages ("entries") with
optional HTML markup for presentation, and optional file attachments
(images, archives, etc.)
2. To make it easy for other people to access this information through a
Web interface, browse entries, search, download files, and optionally add,
update, delete or comment on entries.
ELOG is a remarkable implementation of a weblog in at least two respects:
1. Its simplicity of use: you don't need to be a seasoned server operator
and/or an experimented database administrator to run ELOG ; one executable
file (under Unix or Windows), a simple configuration text file, and it works.
No Web server or relational database required. It is also easy to translate
the interface to the appropriate language for your users.
2. Its versatility: through its single configuration file, ELOG can be made
to display an infinity of variants of the weblog concept. There are options
for what to display, how to display it, what commands are available and to
whom, access control, etc. Moreover, a single server can host several
weblogs, and each weblog can be totally different from the rest.

Name : dl_poly
Product : Fedora EPEL 7
Version : 1.9.20140324
Release : 16.el7
URL : http://www.ccp5.ac.uk/DL_POLY_CLASSIC/
Summary : General purpose classical molecular dynamics (MD) simulation
Description :
DL_POLY Classic is a general purpose molecular dynamics simulation
package developed at Daresbury Laboratory by W. Smith, T.R. Forester
and I.T. Todorov. It is based on the package DL_POLY_2, which was
originally developed by the Computational Chemistry Group, (CCG) at
Daresbury Laboratory under the auspices of the Engineering and
Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) for (CCP5), the EPSRC's
Collaborative Computational Project for the Computer Simulation of
Condensed Phases.
DL_POLY Classic can be executed as a serial or a parallel application.
The code achieves parallelisation using the Replicated Data strategy
which is suitable for homogeneous, distributed-memory, parallel
computers. The code is useful for simulations of up to 30,000 atoms
with good parallel performance on up to 100 processors, though in some
circumstances it can exceed or fail to reach these limits.

Journal of Materials Chemistry, (2006) 16, 1911-1918
This is a serial version.

LuaRocks allows you to install Lua modules as self-contained packages
called "rocks", which also contain version dependency
information. This information is used both during installation, so
that when one rock is requested all rocks it depends on are installed
as well, and at run time, so that when a module is required, the
correct version is loaded. LuaRocks supports both local and remote
repositories, and multiple local rocks trees.

Fedora EPEL Update Notification
FEDORA-EPEL-2016-0f5faf840c
2016-09-14 21:24:58.907246
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name : engauge-digitizer
Product : Fedora EPEL 7
Version : 9.2
Release : 1.el7
URL : http://markummitchell.github.io/engauge-digitizer/
Summary : Convert graphs or map files into numbers
Description :
Engauge 9 is rewritten with Qt5.
This digitizing software converts an image file
showing a graph or map, into numbers.
The image file can come from a scanner, digital camera
or screen-shot. The numbers can be read on the screen,
and written or copied to a spreadsheet.
The process starts with an image file containing a graph or map.
The final result is digitized data that can be used by other tools
such as Gnumeric.
New features already added to Engauge:
- Fix loading of versions 6 and 7 DIG files with log coordinates
- Undo/redo of all operations means recovering from mistakes and experimenting
with options is painless
- Wizard provides an interactive tutorial to explain the basic steps
- Wizard creates a checklist guide to interactively leads user through steps
from file import to file export
- Cubic spline interpolation between points gives more accurate curves with
fewer points
- Axes Checker briefly highlights the axes when they are defined or modified,
to reveal entry mistakes
- Graph coordinates can be specified as date and time value, or as degrees,
minutes and seconds
- All settings dialogs are resizable so they can be enlarged as necessary to
display more information
- Import by drag-and-drop
- Replacement of Qt3 (which is at its end of life) by Qt5
- Much better zooming, with a fill mode that automatically zooms in on image
features, and rezooms when the application window is resized
- Color picking straight from the original image
- Uploadable error report generated when a programming error is encountered,
for identifying problems and improving user support
- Test suite for regression testing minimizes code breakage
as new features are added
- Multiple coordinate systems in the same image can be digitized in advanced mode
- Axes with only one known coordinate (floating axes) can be digitized in advanced mode
- File import by pasting
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
- Update to 9.2
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This update can be installed with the "yum" update programs. Use
