Name : gnucash
Product : Fedora EPEL 5
Version : 2.2.9
Release : 4.el5.1
URL : http://gnucash.org/
Summary : Finance management application
Description :
GnuCash is a personal finance manager. A check-book like register GUI
allows you to enter and track bank accounts, stocks, income and even
currency trades. The interface is designed to be simple and easy to
use, but is backed with double-entry accounting principles to ensure
balanced books.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
This updates GnuCash to the latest upstream minor release, which includes a
variety of bug fixes. See http://gnucash.org/#090224-2-2-9.news for the
upstream release announcement, which goes into more detail on the bugs fixed.
This also fixes two post-2.2.9 bugs: - The keyboard accelerators for certain
dialogs were not correctly set up - Exporting the account tree to a QSF XML
file would cause GnuCash to crash

Name : scons
Product : Fedora EPEL 5
Version : 1.2.0
Release : 3.el5
URL : http://www.scons.org
Summary : An Open Source software construction tool
Description :
SCons is an Open Source software construction tool--that is, a build
tool; an improved substitute for the classic Make utility; a better way
to build software. SCons is based on the design which won the Software
Carpentry build tool design competition in August 2000.
SCons "configuration files" are Python scripts, eliminating the need
to learn a new build tool syntax. SCons maintains a global view of
all dependencies in a tree, and can scan source (or other) files for
implicit dependencies, such as files specified on #include lines. SCons
uses MD5 signatures to rebuild only when the contents of a file have
really changed, not just when the timestamp has been touched. SCons
supports side-by-side variant builds, and is easily extended with user-
defined Builder and/or Scanner objects.

Name : mysql++
Product : Fedora EPEL 5
Version : 3.0.9
Release : 4.el5
URL : http://tangentsoft.net/mysql++/
Summary : C++ wrapper for the MySQL C API
Description :
MySQL++ is a C++ wrapper for MySQL’s C API.
It is built around STL principles, to make dealing with the database as easy
as dealing with an STL container. MySQL++ relieves the programmer of dealing
with cumbersome C data structures, generation of repetitive SQL statements,
and manual creation of C++ data structures to mirror the database schema.
If you are building your own MySQL++-based programs, you also need
to install the -devel package.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Update Information:
MySQL++ is a C++ wrapper for MySQL’s C API. It is built around the same
principles as the Standard C++ Library, to make dealing with the database as
easy as dealing with STL containers. In addition, MySQL++ provides facilities
that let you avoid the most repetitive sorts of SQL within your own code,
providing native C++ interfaces for these common tasks.
