I've got Fedora 20 Alpha with virt-manager 0.10.0-2.git948b5359.fc20 installed.
I'm looking for a button / link / menu item for managing snapshots and I don't
see anything. Is this still to be implemented? If not, how do I take a snapshot
in virt-manager? I'm currently doing them from the command line (on qcow2
disks) using qemu-img.

It's hidden by default at the moment, behind the cli option
--experimental-snapshot-ui . Upstream has all this stuff in much better shape
and turned on by default, I'll be doing a new build this week. You'll see a new
icon in the toolbar of the VM graphics/details window, that's how you access
the UI

For more details, see: http://fedoraproject.org//wiki/Changes/SSSD_CIFS_plugin
During the F20 development cycle, the SSSD will provide an ID-mapping
plugin for cifs-utils so that Windows SIDs can be mapped onto POSIX IDs
and/or names without requiring Winbind and using the same code as the SSSD uses
for identity information.
--- Additional comment from Sumit Bose on 2013-08-28 11:40:40 EDT ---
The public interfaces for SID related queries are available and testable. The
plugin for the cifs-utils is planned for the next SSSD release which is aligned
with the Fedora 20 beta schedule.
