Yes, but normally only by a multiple of 0x1000 (PAGE_SIZE).
Just if there is the REL->RELA conversion, it can change the relocation offset
arbitrarily (not aligned to 0x1000). It may be clear, it was not to me.
Ah, yes. It has only recently become clear to me how many different
section juggling things prelink really does. There are many, and different
ones in ET_DYN vs ET_EXEC. To a first approximation, any section that
isn't SHT_PROGBITS or SHT_NOBITS might be juggled arbitrarily, and even
the SHT_PROGBITS section that is where PT_INTERP points (i.e. .interp)
can be too. In ET_DYN objects, the SHT_PROGBITS/SHT_NOBITS sections can
change address somewhat arbitrarily, though their positions relative to
each other won't change, and their sh_addralign will be respected.
