Hello Remy,
just updated the wiki page. The prices are estimated only, it is
possible to get a lot of discount if we book early and know how many
people will arrive. As far as I can see it the Toulouse prices are not
very different to ours, so please tell us which prices hurt you most,
so we can focus on getting the right venues and prices everyone is
comfortable with.
Regards,
Daniel

Daniel and Chris,
Hope all is well :)
I wanted to follow up with you both and see how your bid is coming
along for Vienna. We really appreciate your enthusiasm for supporting
the Fedora community, as FLOCK is one of the biggest events of the
year for all of us.
If you folks are still looking to pursue your bid, there is still some
information we need that is missing from your wiki page. Here are some
of the winning bids for previous FLOCKs as an example:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Flock2015-Rochester-proposal
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Flock2014-Prague-proposal
The Toulouse proposal was very complete (though over budget) if you'd
like to look at that for inspiration:

Hope this helps, and we look forward to your bid :)
