I haven't heard plans for this in particular - does ResultsDB know whether tests are
in progress, or does it only know completed test results?
Technically ResultsDB does not know either, it only knows if there are results
for a certain <test_subject> it does not know if there are more coming or not
and if there are no results it does not know if it is because the tests have not
been ran or are running or another reason.
I asked the question to Tim about a way to learn if there were still test
running and basically resultsDB hasn't been designed for this.
This is where Ralph's idea of PolicyEngine comes in as it would be a place where
packagers and rel-eng could provide a set of tests required for an update to go
through and bodhi would then query that application to know if that update is
allowed to go through.
Does that make sense?
