Badge description (like "You added a co-maintainer to a package. BFF!"):
- "You've been given OP in an official Fedora IRC channel!"
Help the badges team understand what this idea is all about. If this
badge is awarded for certain kinds of activities:
1) What are those activities?
- Contributing in discussion and a trusted user of IRC helping the
community.
2) Who is doing them (are they packagers? translators? newcomers?
veterans? users? sponsors?)
- People who maintain a helpful and consistent presence in the respective
official Fedora IRC channels
3) Why are they doing them (is this a means to a different end?)
- To keep the IRC channels in good order and that participants adhere to
community guidelines and helping people with their queries.
5) How do they do them (by talking in IRC? by running commands in the
console? by using a web interface?)
- IRC of course :)
Lastly, do you have any ideas for artwork concepts?
Maybe something along the lines of a shepherd watching over a flock or a
similar sort of metaphor.
