Badge description (like "You added a co-maintainer to a package. BFF!"):

Anything else we need to know:

sgallagh suggested this in the FESCo candidate interview
(http://fedoramagazine.org/fesco-elections-interview-stephen-gallagher-
sgallagh/), and I think it's a great idea.

Comment:
I have the same opinion as sgallagh, the badge description says "You
participated in GSoC for Fedora" and that includes the mentors and
actually, even I am not right now a mentor but I opened this year one and
Pingou and Threebean handle it knwo, mentoring is also a shitload of work.
So mentors deserve one and we should not do a second one extra for them.

Changes (by ralph):
* resolution: => rejected
* status: new => closed
Comment:
riecatnor and I discussed this one yesterday and agreed that we would
reject it on the following basis:
- we already have change process badges (for getting your change accepted)
- doing this automatically would be hard (people could edit the wiki page
to abuse the trigger)
- we could instead give rights to the change wrangler to award this, but
that introduces perhaps too much overhead on that role on top of what is
already required of them.
Thanks for the idea toshio!
