Badge should be granted for all users submit test results for i18n testday
activity.
Badge description (like "You added a co-maintainer to a package. BFF!"):
Thank you for submitting internationalization test case results.
Anything else we need to know:
Input for badge design:
We can use any existing test badge and append international characters on
it.
Like LATIN (A, ) CJK , India Hindi (क) Malayalam (ക), Japenese (私た),
Cyrillic (Ж), Greek (Δ), Arabic (ت)
There are so many others, so these many will be sufficient i guess.
Internationalization test day happening on 19th March, so good if we can
have this before that, would like to publish it with Fedora magzine, i
think will be useful for more testing contrbution.

Problem: [https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-badges/ticket/328] Cookies are
delicious. Everyone loves cookies!
That's not a problem. The problem is that sometimes, you want to give
someone a cookie even though they've been previously encookied, and then
sadness happens instead. It's sensible to have a limit on cookie giving
(even Cookie Monster knows that they are a ''sometimes food''), but could
we, perhaps, have the counter reset periodically?
Monthly?
Per-Release?
May 1st, November 1st, being close enough to once-per-release?
Seasonally?
I don't know the exact number. But something please!
