Rather than implementing pidof() and killall() in Python, I'm just adding a
signal_service() command that lets us send signals to a given service, and
using that to send SIGUSR1 to systemd-journald.service. Less code! Yay!
Also, since nobody seems to object, I'm cleaning up 99-copy-logs.ks to not
bother renaming the log files.
