Hi,
I have just performed my first install of 389 Directory, no issues
were encountered. Looks like I need our firewall opened for ports 389
and 9830 from my laptop for Directory Server and the Admin Server
access sound correct?
Correct, if you enable TLS at some point then you will need to open up
port 636 as well, (or whatever port you choose for TLS connections).
Thanks
Eric
