Yes, we (Aeolus project) have a Rubymine license, me and few Brno guys
is using it. For sure is worth to try it,really it's the best IDE for
RoR. Despite of it, sometimes I'm still using VIM ;)

Rubymine has the support for JS, but it could be fine to try the more
specific IDE for JS.
