Change subject: NetworkManager: configure to monitor ifcfg/connection files
......................................................................

Patch Set 4:

On other configurators: I am afraid the only "clean" way to tell NM to unmanage a device is through an ifcfg file.

I may have just missed it, but the other NM plugin ("keyfile") doesn't have an equivalent to NM_CONTROLLED in keyfiles (/etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/*.conf). Instead, unmanaged interfaces have to be written to the plugin configuration file, so we would have to make NM reload its configuration explicitly.

But that would be a universal approach on all platforms, since the "keyfile" plugin is always, implictly loaded in NM.
