Patch Set 1:

I cannot imagine other way that really touching the filesystem (as I originally proposed, before finding the dared -df).

Since dhclient can adopt a lease file it created before, I can find the one originally created for eth0, replace "eth0" in it with the name of a bridge, and save it in an usual location. Then, I can pass it to a new dhclient using -lf, which exists indeed on EL7.
