Change subject: netinfo, tool: Make bonding defaults a proper Python module
......................................................................

Patch Set 10: Verified+1

Tested on EL7. VDSM reports bonding options just right and vdsm-tool dump-bonding-defaults generates a correct module regardless of the presence of /usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/vdsm/bonding_defaults.py* files.

SELinux did not interfere when generating the new defaults.
