Change subject: hyperv: enforce hypervclock presence
......................................................................

hyperv: enforce hypervclock presence

It is not enough for libvirt to have the

 <clock ...>
  <timer name='hypervclock'>
 </clock>

element in the domain XML to actually enable the timer.
Libvirt also wants to make sure that the timer is present.
Hence, this patch adds the 'present=yes' attribute to enforce
the timer activation.
