Sorry, I think I misled you, let me try and explain:

The current job
(http://jenkins.ovirt.org/job/vdsm_master_unit-tests_merged) does not
use mock at all, it just runs on the slave, and as such, it requires
for the packages to be installed on the slaves with the appropiate
versions externally (before running).

The new job that I'm writing
(http://jenkins.ovirt.org/job/vdsm_master_unit-tests_created_staging)
does the same but runs entirely inside mock, so all the dependencies
are pulled in and not installde on the slave, making it easy to get
custom packages, specific versions or non official repos without
breaking anything on the slave itself.

As that job still needs some work to properly function, I manually
intsalled the python-ioprocess on the slave to get the old job working
while finishing the new one.
