Change subject: Issuing a real pvs cmd when there are no PVs belonging to a VG.
......................................................................

Patch Set 3:

Just to answer Dan's concern, Eduardo and I discussed the case where a pv is added to an exiting VG.
To check whether it is a problem we reviewed all current calls to listPVNames (which is the only function which is affected by the disconnect in the cache between the VG being there and the PVs being stale and not indicating they belong to the VG) and there is no use of the function in any of the flows relevant to extend (or following usage of the domain).
As Eduardo stated, this patch was meant to make the flows work. Long term Eduardo is working on patches that will remove the usage of listPVNames entirely so that we will not have this dependency at all.
