Dan, you are right, I will add the schema.

Fede, as far as I recall, the API we agreed upon is 'getImageAlignment' as we can see in the engine patch 'core: add the image block alignment scan': http://gerrit.ovirt.org/ovirt-engine refs/changes/46/11946/1. 

I was not aware of this wiki page and it wasn't mentioned in any discussion of this bug. Have you published it somewhere?

If you think it's necessary we can open it for discussion on arch at ovirt.
Personally, I think it should be 'image'.
