There is problem with installation package systemd, because it uses capbilities
in spec file.

Solution is easy: We should not try to rebuild srpm for fedora on rhel.
I proposed it in another mail thread that on rhel6 we should try to rebuild
srpm only in epel6 mock buid root.

Currently, we do not test rebuilding srpm in epel7 (or fedora-rawhide) build
root, which means spec file is not tested for these distributions.

CI script contains hardcoded build roots: epel-6 and fedora-20 on every
distribution which has mock.
