Well, if neither the spec file nor "configure" have the information, then I
would hesitate to guess. Also, since they don't seem to care, I don't think it
will be very beneficial for CI to care either.

I'll add the libdhash-devel version requirement and any other requirements, if
somebody comes up with them.
