After talking to Michal, here is another edit.

Hi Dan,

I think there is a misunderstanding :) .
The new text I wanted to be checked starts with the
words "When SSSD switches to offline mode". The text
before it is the old one that we are now replacing
(the old text starts in the patch with "-", the new
text with "+").

I think it is safer to keep the expression "offline mode",
not just "offline" because we refer to it on other
places in documentation as well.

So, I think here we should keep "switches to offline mode".

Not the random_offset, but the entire interval.

Thank you Dan, I changed the text based on your suggestions,
but since there were few misunderstandings I would like the
patch to be checked again.

Thanks,
Michal
